Plough, I dont think I answered your question. Is the competiting drug Avastin a threat because of its high response rates compared to the Coramsine phase 1 trial. I think you have to compare the Coramsine phase 1 to an Avastin phase 1 on various solid advanced cancers.
I couldnt find their first phase 1, but here are the results of a combination phase1 with Avastin. Two partial responses and 9 stable disease greater than 8 weeks.
Coramsine three partial responses including a complete response as a stand alone treatment. Avastin is one of the great new blockbusters. Comparing like I would say coramsine stands up pretty well, wouldnt you? All IMHO.
