Unfortunately I can see this board doing what they did with Signature Metals.

Slow any positive announcements to reduce a significant share price rise, while takeover negotiations occur in the back ground.

IMHO We are going to get shafted. They will offer 50% increase above these low VWAP prices so an offer price of around 14-16c per share. But if AVB announced more of these announcements proving up the actual size of the copper lenses the VWAP would be 50% premium of 35-65c!

If this happens with AVB I and others will definitely be taking action for a detailed explanation as to the process this board has followed of reporting information Drilling Assays to the ASX.

My guess Vale is the company that is finalising a takeover offer.

My question is what is the board being promised in return for not releasing these assays in a more timely manner to the shareholders and market?????
