the project is being heavily de-risked IMO, the only way the share price will run is when the big money comes in, I would be thinking they are running the ruler over the project at the moment. Then all of a sudden the penny will drop and it will take off, might not be until after the new year though. I have always had an initial target of 0.28 - 0.30 in the first major run.
