    Shareholders should not get carried away with new appointments IMO.

    An oil stock that rocketed to glory late last year (starts with B) also appointed a hot shot Project director for a 10 well program. The news was hugely welcomed by shareholders.

    Today that company is only into their third well, and the sp is less than a quarter of what is was. Not even sure if the hot shot is still with the company.

    I'm not down ramping, just urging holders to seek some balance in all the euphoria.
