dont get the chinese involved,
why dont we manufacture in usa and drive the material costs of our caps up in china.
just sems that we cannot get consistency with chinese caps.
they always like to play the saviour then pull the rug on orders when they feel like it
no do our finacial business in the ROW and sell materials to chineses
