It was clearly stated at last years AGM that the draw down of monies would be required to start building the mine but that drawing them down early would incur increased interest payments and the commencement of the 2 year period during which no capital repayments were required. Hence, managements strategy was to aim for mid year draw down. All reports since have highlighted this fact in one form or another. How anyone gets from there to, "they're tardy with finance" beats me. I understand our impatience but it isn't in our interest to draw down too early.
