On face value the first picture looks better except the first picture was painted by an unknown Australian artist and the second picture was painted by the world renowned BlackRock.

When we fast track Stage 2 (not shown in the first picture) the longer wait up front will pay off.

The only hold on Stage 2 is getting the finance for Stage 1. Once we get finance, the remaining CR money goes into infill drilling Stage 2 and then (IMO) we'll be chasing much more finance to build the Stage 2 mine paid for by the Stage 1 profits.
