You are dead right Awoonga but what upsets me the most is that picture was painted screen printed laminated and sent out in cardboard rolls right up until the Vale deal fell through. They would have know long before us that the deal was dead an buried and at that stage said to themselves we better prove up AN so we can get some cash from a lender.
Instead they waited until somebody told them they need to. Which raises the question did they even think that they didn't need to prove the reserve. I have trouble seeing the logic. When you go to buy a house you get pre approved for finance. Its simple.
