We don't get all the details of the finance deals unfortunately because of confidenciality.

This leads to questions like,

- was the best option a bank loan for $58 million conditional on having $12 million as backup
- why didn't we just use a CR for the $12 million (the bank didn't require a Ore Reserve (wasn't mentioned if they did)

I'm glad how it ended up from what we have been told i.e. BlackRock has guided us towards increasing production short term. Finance is hard to come by so it is a bonus when we do get the money and credit to our management.

Unanswered questions can lead to frustration. We do pay our management to make decisions on our behalf so we have to trust their decisions when we can't have all the facts.
