    After holding AVB for more than 9 years I have decided to sell my shareholding today with a heavy heart.

    How funny, frustrating, exciting a rollercoaster ride investing is.

    As I speak now I sold at 10.5c and see it is now 11c.

    Best of luck to all AVB holders.
