The poster on this thread with 61 thumbs up, made another call elsewhere with another stock today suggesting "brilliant news" upon receipt of an announcement about an hour ago.
That stock has since fallen 13.5%
The moral of this post is NOBODY knows the true worth of AVB until we are well over halfway through the drilling & the data can be collated & ticked off
