I don't know if any one took notice on Mondays trades for the day but thier was a few buys in the hundreds of thousands in particular 1 transaction for $300k buy.
All I can say is how confident are they to buy in at Mondays price of over 10cents and that tells me that avb is looking really good long term.
If comparing it to sfr then this stock is still very very cheap IMO.
