OK, rang Computershare, and queried whether I forward option form (filled out) and cheque to them, or whether I should have sent it all to Avanco office direct.
My concern was that I had somehow messed up and hence the delay.
The girl I spoke to at Computershare 1300 850 505 confirmed that I send it to Computershare first!... then they process it and onforward cheque to Avanco. In my case they forwarded cheque to Avanco on the Tuesday 28th.
Now that was my experience, and from that and the fact that AVB quote "up to 10 days" to register shares then, I reckon 3 weeks for the process.
That was MY experience.
If you have any doubts, ring them and ask, do not necessarily accept what I say as gospel, unless you want to, at your risk. Get the good oil direct and you sleep better.
But send it Express and may save a day.
A week later I sent another big lot off for conversion... another million or so.. and man am I ever keen to get my poet's hands on those AVB's.!
