Speculative is a given and I guess it is why I have such a low entry, but actually quietly very confident AC. Just looking at Stage1 only (and stage2 is my real interest) If and when the Stage1 funding doubt vaporises we are left with 7-9 years @ EBITDA $35-45m each year, conservative. All out in the public domain so nothing new, but I am hard pressed to find this sort of return anywhere.
