Wait...let me get this straight. You insert $120k of your own cash into an investment and then pay $100 a week to keep it and that's "not too bad"
Property has its advantages I'll agree, but the deal you listed is a shocker, I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole.
Not to mention I think you got your figures wrong...it would have to go up by around 1.2% pa, not your claimed .011% simply to break even...
