Would the REIT units hold their values on listing. I am not familiar with REIT's. I was thinking they may list at a discount based on IPO Costs etc. Cares it would be great if you could post how any recent REIT's went on listing. I know Bunnings REIT is doing very well. I am a massive fan of Brett Blundy. If his things doesn't deliver a stag, nothing will. That I am sure about. The only thing I am not sure is this being an REIT thingy. Hopefully Caerus would help us out with that info on REIT's. Cheers.
