I am a massive fan of Brett Blundy. But REIT's are not like shares. They usually trade at a discount in this case up to 8% as the NTA would be 8% less than the list price at Open. So I am not participating in this for this reason. But long term this will be an absolute ripper. I look for stags or very quick profits not for long term, so it doesn't suit me personally. Cheers
