A corporate culture that was great in handling the CMFEU probably wont transpose to vulnerable, aged customers. They had warnings of what was coming and ignored it (previous post). Surveys from which you can extract how wonderful you are, dont cut it . Corporate culture starts at the top and then you employ like minded people to perpetuate it. Here is a thought-how about the lawyers .accountants and fiannciers who comprise the present board go out and do a few focus groups on their own with their customers. Confess,change the culture and you will survive.
