I could give you so many examples of AVEO's arrogant treatment of residents. The role of AVEO's managers such as the current one in the spotlight, was to tell residents that they were the problem, not AVEO. When I look at attractive villages with none of the savage cost structures that apply in the developer operated retirement village sector, it is obvious that the AVEOs of this world need to improve their business model, not destroy it.
