    Developments appear to proceeding per Feb.17th Co. release" Aveo Group continues to strengthen with strong start to FY17 "

    IMO - Things supporting Aveo's future are:
    Aging population
    Increasing property values - can anyone tell me if these are fully reflected in Avoe's accounts?
    Dividend increasing

    Therefore why?:
    is SP well under this time last year?
    are Perpetual offloading?

    Would be interested to have others comment!
