Well the answer is stareing people in the face. Stupid is as stupid gets! Rely on windmills and a palid european sun and freeze or get with the program and go nuclear, it's only a matter of time. The experiments with renewables have to be allowed to fail and then people will get real. 10 to 20 years out it will be all nuclear. Who knows fusion may be on the cards by then. No money for PENers in all this though. We are still in the denial phase of humanities energy needs and will not reap the full blown switch to nuclear.
