Kato, Mac now have 1/2 of the M purchased from Santos, I would assum that the other 1/2 is high on thier agenda and woyld not want to be left high and dry with a 50% onwership status. But if you think that penny dreadful or its long held shareholders have the ability to dictate terms to Mac, you are very wrong.

Reagrdless of any blocks by penny dreadful shareholders for take over, big Mac have the ability to make life very hard for a penny dreadul who has no money and stuggles to support its self and more importently it's JV commitements in the millions of dollars.

Big Mac has come out as being the smarter operator IMHO, they have entered Santos and Central dark rooms and found the purchase of the Santos M field as being lucrative. They purchased this for significantly better terms that what central did when it brought its half from santos.

Big Mac has the ability to get what it wants and I am backing big mac over penny dreadful central anytime. If those who are now under the illusion that any revised offer wil be higher than 28 cents, they may be very much disappointed.

If big Mac pulls away from central, this would leave penny dreadful in a very week position moving forwards, especially if big mac may represnt the likes of jemena for example. Central has not exactly proved its confidence to the ASX and IMHO will contiue to stuggle to prove its worth to ASX moving forwards due to perfomence over the years.

Bif mac as stated in a news paper article is building an Amadeus empire, I doubt that Central has the nouse or fortitude to stop that from happening, what a crying shame if the case and done a what price, it certainly ain't going to be $8.
