Should rename the thread to
"...average up - lyc, it will work?.."
On every bullish pullback one would average in, and with your chosen risk management you may apply it when the market turns.
Could highlight a thousand stocks that if the averaging down principle was used, one would be wiped out, and if not wiped out it would or may take many many years to recover all whilst the market was in a bull trend, what wasted opportunities that you could never revisit, time and resources are too precious.
