has technology really improved that much in 12 months?
I had a desktop computer that was 8.5 years old with a duel core 3.2 gz processor and a nvidia 8800gt Geforce graphics card that would still beat most of this crap they are selling today in all the retail stores.
I upgraded to a Dell Optiplex 990 but the graphics card is still worse than my old 8800gt on performance tests by miles.
