not much for sale really,one of you can prop that prise back up for under 10k,but without a wash report its a big risk,thers not much else going on for them as the new leases are a long way from market to effect the s/p.Hard one this one guys ,BUT..if anything positive comes out then a quick rise will come.remember its MAY so you will get sell offs across the board now for tax losses so put that into any plan..only trying to help thats all.
