Never ever average down, especially in a Bull Market. if you have extra capital, put it to work in a rising stock, e.g. TLS MTU IIN FLT the list goes on.
the only reason people average down is to feel better about a bad decision.
me, i'm holding for now, but any lower and i jump, as there are too many other stocks making me money.
