since the upwards move began at 5.8c and has reached 18.5c before a breather,
as well as over 50% of pla shares being traded...
if one major buyer has taken the most turned over,
they,ve picked up control of pla for 11c a share.
If the run continues and goes beyond 20c next week...
the average will still remain under 15c a share.
