Remember when they built another computer centre with extra cooling about 5 years ago , it did not hurt their financials one little bit , as they were able to expand into it.
I took a drive past their centre about 5 years ago its a decent sized industrial area one or two storeys high near a cemetery (I accidentally drove into the cemetery ) guessing they are not needing to buy land and just need to do the actual build and building up up on what they have .
