This is from the Nov 2019 investor presentation pg 27 - ..
ive circled 2 sentences that read:

1) Offtake and project financing discussion underway with range of parties

2) Discussions underway with range of parties including sovereign WEALTH FUNDS AND BANKS, ANODE & BATTERY MAKERS (CUSTOMERS) AND THEIR TRADING HOUSES/EQUITY FUNDING GROUPS.

So that's about 7 months ago... with under 250m shares on float that leads to think they won't need SH funding as we already know this is so tightly held and they may come to us for 5 - 10m operating capital however it seems to me they are looking to strike a deal with a battery/anode "maker" or someone similar that way they will be funded to production however I can imagine the there are a lot of equity groups who would want a big stake in this if it was a on offer....
