The estimate is only with current lot held for the post auction share price. There are lot of variables that may increase/decrease the share price. I came to a conclusion from info (from @lutin25 https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/average-us-per-carat-at-auction.3733503/#post-27776367)
that 90% of the current rubies are artisanal mined and will weigh down on the overall quality.

However, the newly acquired licence has 90% high grade quality which will substantially increase the average price for the next auction.

This is only a start... for a big bang.
