Averaging Down

Since the share price of MXC fell from 10c, whenever the share price dropped by 1c, someone will say "it's a bargain, I will buy in tomorrow". The share price fell from 10c, to 9c, to 8c, then finally to 4c. When the share price is falling fast, it seems there are ALWAYS a bargain.

That's why I always stress that whenever people invest, should consider 3 aspects: fundamental analysis, technical analysis, as well as qualitative & quantitative analysis. Investors need to consider the intrinsic value of the shares, and not just rely on their "gut feeling"

"Gut feeling" (or "funny bone" whatever)  always trick you and that's why  studies have found more than 90% of people are losing money in the market.
