    While initially disappointed in the merger news,
    I concur with the Oz article that even with the dicount (read sh*t sandwich) for us AVX holders..the availability of the cash outweighs the downside.

    What's the bet that the merged entity gets t/o approached very soon after the deal is done.

    Holding my "sandwich" paarcel for now.
