I really feel for all AVX shareholders.
The only thing worth considering is a coupled class action of PGL and AVX shareholders re continuous disclosure and the responsibilities of directors to shareholders.
I think a full investigation surrounding the lead up to the "merger" proposal and subsequent events would turn up some pretty interesting facts.
