I for one have my fingers crossed that this plan comes to fruition.

Even though coal is not the most environmentally positive investment, a successful outcome for AVX will ensure ATC is funded in house. This means an important drug in the fight against aids gets to the market, a good result for those suffering, shareholders and a message to the big pharmas that there is now a way for small biotechs to circumnavigate them. Suddenly any small and brave biotech with a great product at phIII and some cash can go it alone without big boys cash and so reap far bigger rewards. I like things that break cartels & sticks it to the big pharmas, so I really hope AVX does it.
