I was reviewing the different documents of the company after H1 results and today's announcements and could not find any clear commitment if they will pay a regular dividend AND do this capital restructure at the same time.
There was just an indication that the company felt that their "gearing (debt to equity) is at a very confortable 17 %" at 31.12.20, meaning that they were ready to increase their level of debt, while they were probably also expecting further free cash flow during H2 FY 21.
