Dual listing is always a bit confusing.
There are currently @25.5M shares outstanding of RCEL, primary shares. That's fully diluted.
That equates to @127.5M AVH shares on an equivalent basis.
As of the last CDI report about 47% of oustanding shares were traded on ASX, 53% on NASDAQ. That would be 60M AVH shares (5 per CDI or 12M equivalent RCEL shares) and 13.5M RCEL shares for the total 25.5M outstanding.
