"AVH Board thought that shifting domicile would result in an even more inflated share price than they managed here." - Yes, this was really bizarre. So many here on HC were parroting the line that a NASDAQ listing would automatically result in a higher valuation. Yet, I had been arguing all along that the data shows ASX listed biotech/medical devices companies in Australia trade on a higher P/E or price/revenue multiples than those in the U.S.
Few wanted to listen to it because it didn't line up with what they wanted to hear so here we are as you say, with the Yanks pricing the stock lower.
