I ask that question yesterday. Its not just a slight discrepancy between the two shares in terms of percentage down from a high from start of the ares cause all ceo have financial need as well. Its the way how he run the business thays my concern. As management not only did they not address shareholder concerns when the share price kept falling.
The reason share holders buy in is to support the company and the company has a obligation to respond to shareholder concerns. And of all time they have to choose the worse time to redomicile when US have one of the highest covid numbers. But again its not just covid cause polynovo is doing well during these pandemic time and for their product to be based, a person have to suffer 2nd degree burns or worse so I can say for sure if Avita is not used then polynovo definitely not used as well if people are locked at home.
