    re: avian flu-darra I really doubt that chemyde would work against the avain flu- unfortunatey. Bugs are very different from bacteria which the chemyde works so well against. Even if the drug were exposed directly to the virus in vivo it would not render it inactive. Viruses cause havoc inside cells whereas bacteria cause havoc outside of cells.
