    You obviously don’t know how medical products and/or large accounts work. I’ve worked in orthopaedic theatres before where prostheses cost about the same as a recall product. Each elective orthopaedic procedure where a prosthesis is used would have their own product rep there. For example of that surgeon prefers synthes or zimmer, there would be a synthes or summer rep there at the time of the operation to assist the surgeon with trouble shooting specific to their product. Equally if there was a supply problem with the product, the nurse unit manager calls the zimmer or synthes rep directly. No one goes through a customer service line. There are reps and account managers that deal with individual hospitals and surgeons directly, and often this hospitals and surgeons contact their mobiles directly. Nobody goes through a customer service line. I know that recall is a burn product but the product is essentially the same, single use, high value item. Your concern is a moot point and You’re not actually passing any valuable information about how business actually works. DYOR
