I hate to ask as I am an American, but, are you an American? I was lucky enough to have traveled much and lived overseas in my lifetime so as not to have to deal with my countrymen on a daily basis and the me, me, my, mine attitude. If you were a customer, a real customer, you would not doubt have a direct number to the person that handled your account and they yours.
Oh its only the beginning, I am happy and excited for the year ahead and all the great things that will happen, but, I am not looking forward to this type of BS especially when the share price gets up there, the idiotic questions and the general BS allotment is sure to rise right along with it.
