I don’t see the relevance of all your posts in this forum. Who cares whether you are American or not? This forum has been flooded with bluff each week and nothing constructive.
Who doesn’t know how massive the market is? It is approx $200m in the US. Until we know they figure out how to penetrate the market, all your comments are baseless. But it seems like you have read their marketing plans or maybe you just assumed.
Jgil2010 has got a point about customer service, but end of day the only mattered most is the sale.
