Mark, i think you are well versed with the business. And calling customer hotline asking about expiration date is silly and little to none urgency.
Let say im fire department chief from uganda, i google about recell and i want to get 5 units for my department. None of us are medically trained but some simple manual instruction we think we can do the job, n of coz we are willing to take the risk. Our judiciary will not cost a burden on you all i.e. we cannot and unable to sue avita medical if the product caused any advserve effect. We called consumer hotline, no one replied, what can we do?
Another question, all these while, Avita totally not bother with any retail small quantity unit sales at all?? Im somewhere in 3rd world country, someone around me got badly burned, how do we able to buy Recell??
