Well,well well, it looks like someone got triggered didn't they?  Your emotional response to my rational observation suggests you must work in customer service at Avita Medical...lol.  This brings up a 6th point to my original comment:

6) Avita Medical should fire Mark Hughes from his position as customer service rep.

I am not sure how you confused a peer-to-peer discussion in an office setting about shelf life details with plastic surgeons in the OR  needing assistance but somehow, you were able to assemble 3 ranting posts.  The reaction I was able to draw from you is a personal best (winning!) but IMHO, reflects poorly on your ability to read to comprehend. The only one "imagining" the scenario you put forth is you...and you embarrassed yourself jumping from one topic to another unrelated topic without addressing my key points.   If I can't do my own research (as you so smugly suggested) and call customer service for information about their product, then why have a customer service line at all?  How is that not doing my own research? Do you know the definition of DYOR?

You mentioned you have a wife (unverified) and that she says to you "...that if you don’t know what you’re talking about, don’texpress an opinion. You’ll probably do more harm than good. She makes a goodpoint."  Have you considered the fact that since she repeatedly says this to you, that she is talking to you, about you?  LOL

Maybe you should ask your wife if she knows about the Recell shelf life details and if she has any credible sources to back her up, can she please share with the group?
