You think Mark is well versed in business but think shelf life details are silly? LOL
You are aware that BARDA is stockpiling Recell kits to the tune of over $50M US dollars don't you? Do you not think that shelf life is important to BARDA or any other fiscally responsible consumers? Or do you think it is silly for BARDA to consider shelf life on the kits they are about to stockpile?
Don't you think shelf life details are an important fact and is a reasonable question any hospital burn center or other customer should ask when dealing with consumable medical supplies or is that silly too?
What is silly to me is that a fire chief in Uganda is going to order 5 Recell kits to keep in his local first aid kit instead of taking burned firefighters to a burn center or hospital where they can use Recell kits if it so applies to them.
What is also silly is that in a world of instant information a global economy that you and MH think customer service no longer applies.
