Haha.. Shhhh mustn't mention the neighbours! But yeah I agree. Reading this report now several times I am pretty satisfied with it. No big surprises so I expect a good next few weeks as hoped, because it is becoming much easier for people to value this company and see how underpriced it is currently. All IMO.
