I see your point bermuda, however with the current options about to get exercized for each option which is exercized 2.5 cents needs to be paid to the company. the share price is currently only 3.0 cents and when the options where issued the share price was below 1 cent. current cash reserves are only 22 million, its goning to take alot more than that to get vanadium out of the ground.... an extra 7 million in cash reserves is beneficial.
