people are selling AVL to buy TMT for a profit. If there’s too much difference it won’t be worth the sell. I’d expect to see a drop after the merge for a bit while SH take their profit as well. It’ll settle down.
of course if the merger doesn’t go through I’d think TMT will tank and there’d be no profit then.
