Hopefully... More than a few people have alluded to some big news being ready post merger, though how long the wait and what news it is would be a guess. The rumours have been funding/financial support, but have big funds just been waiting on the merger alone? Or do they now want to see what this thing looks like under 1 roof?
Potato holding out for FID, I think we need an integration study done before that, they still need to decide for 1 if they are processing onsite or offsite. That's a biggie and the only one's irresponsible enough to throw money at a project while there are still that many unknowns would be the government, but hey I won't complain if talks are indeed advanced in that area.
Plenty to be excited for but I also hope it hasn't been smoke and mirrors to push the merger ahead but once it's done it's same old same wait a year for a study to be done and no other news to suck the life out of this.
So I do hope they have some news and catalysts that were predicated on us merging before certain things could play out. Maybe new/serious offtakes at minimum?
