Looking short term on the the hourly chart since the 5.5 cent high on April 16/17 - there is resistance (supply) at 4.5 cents and support (demand) at 3.9 cents. In the week of 20-27 April 4.5 cents was support but switched to resistance since. Possibly another crack at 4.5 cents in the offing and hard to say whether there is much serious supply left but with the market pretty soft right now some holders are probably being influenced by that hence the trickle of supply.
Easy to understand why punters will sell into resistance like they did following the announcement bounce on Tuesday but always find it difficult to understand why anyone would sell into what appears to be support, in this case around 4 cents.
